it is great to see people taking a formulaic, proactive way to solve problems. i have always been a puzzle guy for all of my issues. having attention problems? take something! no, prescriptions are not the answer for me. instead, devise puzzle or problem that can be overcome with personal, human efforts on a daily recordable basis. thanks for your insight. i am going to go figure out that rubix cube.
