Bob, as always, a great addition to ISAD. I think we also need to remember that not only do our clients have different needs, but that they have different needs in different settings. An intensive fluency driven program like Hollins works well for some (many?) but is impossible, impracticle, and useless in a school setting. In such a setting, working with the child's feelings and environment is much more likely to be effective (in my opinion) in a limited time frame. Keep up the good fight! Joe
