Peter --- Thank you for responding. I suspected that was the case. You had said that working on one's stutter is hard, and it is. When I first started using voluntary stuttering (admittedly only a week ago), it was wonderful to see that my fluency level didn't really matter to the rest of the world. But now, as I continue to stutter more frequently and more openly, I'm starting to realize that it does matter to me. The rest of the world might not care whether I stutter or not, but I do. I dislike (hate?) stuttering. I think that's what I need to work on now. Hopefully, by continuing to use voluntary stuttering, I will learn to like stuttering more or at least tolerate it more. We'll see. Thank you again. Sophie
