Hi Gary, Thank you for a most informative paper. It has been my experience that emotions have an influential role in stuttering - as suggested in John Harrison's hexagon concept. I was particularly interested in your references to self-limiting beliefs. I totally agree that they are of prime importance. I identified those beliefs that were holding me back, and then systematically challenged them by doing the things that I believed I could not do. Over a period of time, I changed my stuttering mindset. Kindest regards Alan
