Great Article! You talked a lot about how people what know what words they will stutter such as their name. Do you believe in Bloodstein's Anticipatory Struggle Disorder where it suggests that stuttering may develop when a child experiences frustration or failure when trying to talk. You also talked about self-esteem issues, do you believe that the PWS should go to a therapist or that they would discuss these issues with the speech pathologist because they may know more involved with the emotions than the therapists do? Would having a device such as the speech easy device help with their self-esteem issues as well?
