I am an SLP.Until I had read yours and Jerrie Shepard's stories I had always believed stuttering to have a physical cause - some kind of neurological or brain disorder. Has anyone ever suggested to you that perhaps the excessive stress you were under may have caused some type of hard-to-detect physical cause of the sudden stuttering? Thank you
