Dawn, Loretta LaRoche told a story in her video about dealing with stress, How Serious Is This?, that suggests children naturally meditate unless directed not to. Loretta begins by stating that children love to day-dream. "They sit and stare. Sit and stare. Sit and stare. They are happy. Then a caregiver screams: Why are you staring? Stop staring. Get up and do something. What are in you in --- La-La Land? As an adult, the child is now nervous. Upset. Stressed. He goes to a clinic. There he hears: We want you to stare. Sit. Look at something.
