Dear Ellen-Marie If you have reached the level where you practice mindfullness in meditation and in everyday life, then it is quite an advanced level. In such a case I agree, that this practice could help us untie the stutter knot. For many people, and I was one of them, it takes a long time until unity between meditation and action can be reached. I often experienced worsening of my stuttering symptoms after meditation. Even so, as I said, I am glad that I practiced meditation, because, in the long run, it helped also my speaking. I just want to stress, that is wrong to expect from mindfullness training something, e.g. improvement of speech. By letting go in the course of practice, this can also happen, as one becomes more mindful and relaxed. kind regards, Stefan
