I think that it is very easy for us to remain stuck if we tell ourselves that we'll try something new when we "feel ready." If we base our decisions on when we feel ready, my bet is that most of us wouldn't take many chances. This is also where the value of support comes in - it is much easier to challenge ourselves if we feel supported. Thanks for the feedback. John
