I am so curious as to whether you have heard these propositions from those who suffer with the issue of stuttering or if you just thought of them by observing others? I feel that these laws were very enjoyable and really made you think about peoples reactions to those who stutter. From my point of view these were very catchy and those who have experienced them would love to hear what you had to say.
