I must say, when I came across your submission, my mind was fuzzy with facts and statistics from reading other papers. It was so refreshing to read something that, on the surface, was so funny. I found, however, when I took a closer look at your laws that what I loved most was not the humor (although it was enjoyable) but your unconventional outlook on stuttering. Every submission I've read so far talks about helping/changing/curing the stutterer. I love your position that changing society's attitude toward the disorder is equally important. Thank you for your innovative approach and the first good laugh I've had all night!
