I saw a 20something female from Australia whose mom did not ever believe she stuttered. Yes, she was covert but I could 'pull' her in to stuttering. After telling me the pain of being covert and how little a life she had beyond coping through work days, she STILL decided not to pursue treatment. She'd saved money to either travel or to receive therapy. She went traveling! What do you think?
