Hi Barb, did you ever go back to confront that 9th grade teacher about what she made you do with the gum and how degraded she made you feel? I don't blame you for not going to therapy after that. That has to be detrimental to a 14 yr old girl. Glad to read that you've come out on top after all the hard years of "hiding". Congratulations!
