Hi Tiffany, Thank you for your kind words. I'm pleased that my paper appears to have given you a greater insight into this fascinating subject. I really enjoyed writing the article because it made me think. Good communication skills are so essential - without them, our contribution to life is greatly diminished. I have facilitated workshops to assist PWS (to improve their interpersonal skills) during recent years. I note that you also believe that assistive technology is best utilised in conjunction with therapy/guidance. Unless we expand our comfort zones (while wearing the device), we will still retain our self-limiting beliefs, narrow self-image and fears. In my view, our gains will be limited if we confine ourselves to using it in safe environments. We need to challenge ourselves to change our stuttering mindset, otherwise our fears and avoidance strategies will remain. I wish you every success with your studies. Kindest regards Alan
