When I experienced self-doubt, I just asked myself: “How would I do this if I trusted myself? This opened my mind to the possibility of just “letting go” and observing what happened. It is important to distinguish between self-trust and self-confidence. I think self-confidence comes from experience of strong performance and obviously takes a lot longer. Regards, Winton.
