Ellen, Do you find that certain kids only want to practice a certain technique or shy away from a technique or are they generally caught up in the game. There are so many sub-themes you could include as you play the game like "rating" olympic style how the player did in using the technique and second of all - having the student rate how it felt using a line from terrible to terrific. The tallies for how it felt could be collected and discussed at a further session, "e.g. Bill you found all the strategies to be really easy and felt like they were no problem - how are you doing outside of this room....!!!!"
