hi Julie: Thank you for your interest in my research. To answer your question, yes, the clinican can control the responses of the virtual listener. for example, in the virtual job interview, I can choose from 1 of 9 pre-programmed responses (ranging from "That's interesting, can you tell me more" to "OK, but we need to move on."). Thus, the virtual listener can react to what the PWS has said in response to questions. And you are right, this feature does make the VR more useful clinically. Shelley
