hi Simone: Thank you for your interest in my research. Yes, we have done work with other environments, specificially live and virtual audiences. These results show that affective and behavioral responses associated with stuttering are similar across these two environments. This was an important finding, because it validates the use of VR for stuttering assessment and treatment (things might be a bit different if stuttering manifested itself differently in VR vs. real world venues). The next step in our research is to incorporate VR into treatment and assessment. Other virtual environments are currently being "tweeked" for use with PWS; these environments focus on non-work-related interactions. Shelley
