hi Alyssa: Yes, I think VR has potential for use with a variety of persons with communication disorders in addition to PWS. In fact, this is already happening. VR is being used with children with autism, persons with Parkinson's disease, and persons with voice disorders (among others). Vasu asked about cost, so see my response to that post...In ten years I'd like to see VR used to systematize assessment and to enhance treatment for a variety of communication disorders. Shelley
