For kids this little you would definitely need to do an English to English translation at their level. They get the gray scale, though. I put feelings words/pictures on the back of the inventory. I always talk about teasing in general, not specific to stuttering. The example of someone being teased about hair is a good one. We want to let kids who stutter feel less "different" by pointing out kids are teased about may characteristics: not smart, too smart, tall, short, heavy, skinny... In my experience teasing about stuttering starts later that 1st/2nd.
