Who deals with the bully depends on the situation. Of course, ultimately, we want children to have the skills to handle it themselves. However, often the community has to tackle the problem, as it should, as a community that supports teasing isn't good for any child. So me, school SLP, teacher, social worker, team... I have not had an instance when other children would know about the teasing inventory. I do it in the individual session.
