Gunars, << Have you heard of any professional or person who (occassionally) stutters use the Budhist concept of mindfullness in stuttering therapy? Have there been any documented results? >> I haven't specifically heard, but I do coach people on stuttering issues via the phone, and mindful observing is something I encourage people to do all the time. The ability to observe without judgement played a big role in my recovery from stuttering. When I learned how to observe without filing my observations into any familiar context, I began to see many interesting and useful truths about myself and my speech. Regards, John
