Hi John, We've chatted about the contents of your excellent paper on many occasions. It was great to finally see it in print. I've adopted the principle when taking part in public speaking contests. I go there with the intention of letting go, doing my best and having fun. I never attend with any expectations of walking away with the trophy. If the latter happens, then it's a bonus.
