Dear John Harrison I found your article to be so inspirational and uplifting, I especially enjoyed your comment when you said “If you want to hold onto your power, no matter how things are working out, then the trick is not to let your expectations be the source of your motivation but rather to base your motivation on your intentions” I like many people allow my expectations to take over my life, and I fear that at time I may not be accepted my others. My question is at times do you find yourself ever hesitant in an awkward situation, or have you overall over come your feeling of doubt and self-consciousness?
