.....YOU ASK ... My question is what if you try really hard to focus on your intentions, but you end up letting your expectations take over. Do you have any tips as to how to remain stable with keeping our true intentions in mind? Because even though Edison tried 6,000 times and learned from each experiment- not everyone has his drive to focus on "intentions". Any suggestions? MY RESPOSE .... Fernan, this is a gradual learning process. In the beginning, changing your thinking may only work once in a while, but as you practice, it better and better. A key act is to MAKE SURE that you reward yourself for following your intentions. You need to do this many, many times before your subconscious starts getting the message that acting on your intentions is empowering. Like mastering any kind of skill, you have to practice. But take my word, if you hang in there, you'll begin to see results. And why not? You're empowering yourself over and over again. There's no way to avoid the positive effects. John
