Hi Louise Thanks for a very interesting paper. One of the things that annoys me most is when I stutter when introducing myself. The usual reaction I get is "oh, have you forgotten your name?" Very likely, after 45 years! I'd love to verbally tear a strip off these people (and sometimes do), but usually it's easier to make a joke of it. This sometimes makes me feel oppressed. Any suggestions for a suitable response to the question? Kind regards Tony
