Mr. Russ, I am a graduate student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, majoring in Communicative Disorders. I read your article, and I think your attitude and accomplishments are absolutely awesome. Every single person in this world has something that they are ashamed of. It could be your weight, height, speech, etc. In your case it was your speech, but you refused to let your speech control you and the things you wanted to do in life. Taking control of something that affects your life is something that I wish we could all do. I give you many "kudos" for this article and the accomplishments you have made in your life! You've touched another one!!
