Dear Russ, I just wanted to comment that your iceberg analogy was excellent! I am an SLP returning to grad school for some updating in fluency. I think that your very inspirational paper best sums up what I have learned from reading many of the personal stories posted at this year's conference as well as previous year's. I know that, from now on, when dealing with a youngster who stutters, I will remember your iceberg analogy! Many, many thanks.
