Hi Lauren, ..... Thanks for your kind words. They really do mean a lot to me. ..... Those words "You never know who you touch" are extremely important to me too. I never really understood the implications of that until, as you said, people from other cultures came to me for help. I was truly amazed. ..... The problems of motivation are as old as civilization. How do you motivate people? (Try raising teenagers get the true breadth and depth of that problem!) Motivation is a PULL operation, not a PUSH one.
