Hi Lieba, ..... Thanks for your kind words. They really do mean a lot to me. ..... You asked, "From the time you worked in a job that did not demand too much speaking, till now, when you speak publicly, was there any noticeable change in your stutter?" A change in my stuttering? A little but not really all that much. A change in my STRUGGLING with my stuttering? Oh yes, definitely, a dramatic change! Once I began to relax and open up and accept my stuttering the way other people did (I obsessed about it while they didn't), my communication skills began to skyrocket and I really began to ENJOY speaking! Imagine that, me, a stutterer enjoying speaking? I was almost the last one to see that, but yes, it really did happen. My core stuttering hasn't really changed that much, but my secondaries, my struggles, my titanic efforts to hide what I never could hide, have all but disappeared. Today, my stuttering is FAR more relaxed and easy and open and doesn't really hinder my communication abilities much - if any - at all. ..... Does this answer your question? ..... I wish you the best, Leiba. ..... Russ, my email is russhicks@mail.com
