I think the responsibility has to lie with the educators. If we as a group agree on minimum qulifications for entering clinicians, then we can approach local and national licensing and registering bodies as well as councils of graduate programs to ensure that these minimum standards are put into place. A good first start is this discussion. I would encourage you to become involved in this process!! Bob Kroll
