I am also currently enrolled in a fluency class at my grad school, and was fortunate enough to have taken a fluency class during undergrad as well. I agree with Abbie that even though we learn about fluency disorders in class it is very difficult to be able to get clinical clock hours and experience with an individual with a fluency disorder. However, because I have had two classes in fluency I feel that I will be able to take what I have learned in class and apply it when working with an individual.
