As a graduate student i am very concerned if i am going to be confident and prepared enough to work with people who stutter. It is really hard for professors to present and help students to understand all the information when class hours are so limited. Do you think it would be helpful if a student had to decide on a specialization before entering the program? I understand that in this case slp will not have enough knowledge in all areas but will become a professional in the area of interest.
