Hi Becky, Thankyou for your interest and question. Unfortunately I don’t have any information regarding insurance issues, although I am aware that this is an issue that has been discussed in the telehealth literature. The telehealth treatment in our study was provided free of charge to the families and was funded by a grant. In Australia, speech-language pathology services are available free of charge through the government funded public health system. I am uncertain if families can claim for telehealth services provided by private clinicians. In answer to the 2nd part of your question, for study purposes the SLP timed and recorded the duration of all scheduled and unscheduled contact. Thanks again, Chris
