as I understood from the article, the Lidcombe Program enables parents to participate in the treatment via the use of current technology (email and telephone) without the visits to the SLP's. Parents track the severity of their children's stuttering and report it to the SLP. Do the parents provide any kind of therapy in terms of specific methods in helping their child stutter less in the absense of the SLP? If so, what are the methods and where can I read more about the Lidcombe Program?
