I find the concept of Telehealth extremely interesting especially in the implementation of the Lidcombe Program. I think that it is potentially a great resource in the absence of the availability of clinic-based therapy. Have you personally used the Telehealth adaptation of the Lidcombe Program with clients? If so, how long has the program taken for these clients to complete it? Also, do you find any parents may be implementing the treatment incorrectly over the course of the week, and how long does it take to correct these mistakes? Also, in terms of the advent of video conferencing, who would pay for the technology to cover the cost? the families themselves or would it be covered by insurance? I think with the availability of video-conferencing technology, this will be an even more effective program. I enjoyed the artcle.
