I found this concept of treatment very interesting and progressive. I have a few questions about the beginning stages of the program. How do families with stuttering children get involved with the telehealth Lidcombe Program? Is there an application process involved? Also, is there an initial face-to-face meeting between the family and the SLP before treatment begins for the SLP to evaluate the child and his/her candidacy for the program?
