I think the first step towards any type of therapy/prevention is education. This looks like a great way to start getting the people in Africa educated about stuttering; it also gives those who do stutter, a way to express their thoughts and feelings, as well as seek some type of treatment, whether it is self help groups, etc. Way to go!
