It is true, when you stated that it is important to pay attention to body language and the importance of positive reinforcement. In the program i attend, i reviewed the tapes of my interaction with my client who stutters and i realized there were more moments i could have praised. Now that i am more aware of that, i will take more advantage of these types of moments and maybe it will reflect in a more positive and productive atmosphere.
