there are plenty of lists for listeners available through groups like the NSA and Stuttering Foundation. Sometimes lists go into the trash can unread. For example, I tell parents o physically meet with teachers before giving them any paper work. I sometimes find my evaluation and other paperwork in the child's speech folder- unread. When we have to counsel a person, a list is not nearly as effective as possessing verbal skills to create change. This article is only 2,000 words.
