Thank you, Keri, for your note. Wow, how to avoid burn out...I think just remember what I said in the article about taking on too much responsibility...but that may be tough to gauge when you're younger. Also, the trainig that had the most impact on me was what I did at the Option Institute in Massachusetts over the course of a few years. I listed one of their books in my article (Kaufman). I strongly recommend to all of our interns that they prioritize getting there for at least a one week seminar. Check it out at Option. org. All the best.
