Tony, Thanks for the interest you had in the story that Deann wrote following the interview she had with me. Congratulation for haven worked as a journalist notwithstanding your stutter. You are a good model to other stutters who may think that stuttering can stop them from doing the work they like . It was my dream to work as a journalist but my stutter killed that dream in me. That was sometime ago. Since, I started associating with other stutters both in and out of Cameroon, I have changed the way I see myself as a stutter. Now, I give talks to people every where even on the radios and TV Stations and even do forget the fact that I stutter. I know there are many people interested in what I say and not the manner in which I speak. Given the chance now, i cannot stay away from a profession simply because of the fact that i am a stutter.
