It was difficult to read about the many struggles people have with stuttering, but all the more heartwarming to hear about their successes despite the challenges. I've learned as a common thread from these personal accounts that it is extremely important to focus on how the person communicates not their disfluency and allow enough time for them to complete their thoughts in speech.
