Thanks, Mario, for your sweet words. :-) We just had a national membership meeting (I'm the chair now, can you believe it? :-) ) Some people asked me: Do we have to have an information booth, an open day or other major activities? My answer was: No. If you want to, yes please, but there are so many other ways to celebrate. Buy yourself a huge cake and when the baker asks you why you tell him it's to celebrate the ISAD (and if he doesn't you tell him anyway). Go out and dance and tell the him the same. Sitting on the bus, ask your neighbour what day it is. He will say Sunday, or the 22th. Than you say, Ah, it's the ISAD today! Got to buy myself a cake (or whatever). Go to a movie.. etc etc. Celebrate this day as being YOUR day. Enjoy it, let your friends/co-workers join in and mention why this is such a great day. It's a fun way to inform people, as you're giving yourself the time of day as well as educating others. As simple and as much fun as that. Cheers, on us! Anita
