Joseph, this is only a partial help because it does not provide a computer, but Viren Gandhi has made a zip file and and exe file of the entire conference on Saturday which you can download and put on a disk so that you don't have to be at an Internet cafe to access the actual papers. You will still have to go to an Internet cafe to ask questions about the papers, but you will be able to read the papers off-line. Judy
