Hi Joshua, Thanks for your question. I appreciate Judy Kuster’s reply as well. I am a speech-language pathologist and a person who stutters. As a result of some research and attendance at the African Stuttering Conference in Douala, Cameroon last October, I have become intrigued by the “folk myths” and indigenous healing practices for people who stutter. I am hoping that I may learn from you and others who visit this section of the conference.
