I have a question for all the experts out there. I am currently providing speech therapy for a young female, a first grader. Her predominate dysfluncy is blocking and it is severe. She is also severly language delayed. Right now I am focusing on her language skills at this time and working in easy-on-set, sliding and light contact. You see when she is successful in her language activities and in reading her fluency increases greatly. Is this a good start? Are there any resources book etc. you think would be helpful in therapy? Thanks!!!
