Bertha, the SFA website has two people in Mexico who are speech therapists who specialize in treating stuttering. You can find them at http://www.stuttersfa.org/Default.aspx?tabid=308 Perhaps you are near them or they will be able to refer you to someone who is. There are other speech therapists in Mexico that are certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
