I love the concept of working with Dear Abby letters. What a great idea! My sister (who’s now an adult) has stuttered all of her life. While growing up one of her biggest complaints centered not on students, but on teachers who didn't understand why she stuttered or how it affected her. It was a big bone of contention with her. Do you find your self sharing these letters with educators as a way of increasing their understanding of students who stutter?
