It was a shock to me that 67.6% of the people who responded to the study, felt that their capabilities in the work place have been misjudged by their supervisors; and that 47.1% said that they have not been asked/required to perform certin speaking tasks which are typically required. #1, that is really sad to me, and #2, it is really frustrating because these supervisors seem to lack the education about fluency, and yet they still discriminate against it!
